Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

• All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Orders placed after 3 PM will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Options and Delivery Times:

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days. (Not eligible for wigs)

• Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (orders must be placed before 12 PM). (Not eligible for wigs)

Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages:

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost, please contact us within 10 days of the expected delivery date.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of our hair products and wigs, certain items may not qualify for a return. Please read below for our full policy:

Eligibility for Returns:

• Hair care products (e.g., shampoos, conditioners): Must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

• Wigs, Toppers and Hair Weft Bundles: Must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Custom wigs or hairpieces made to order.

• Clearance or final sale items.

• Opened or used hair care products.

Return Process:

1. Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

2. Once approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions.

3. Ship the item back to us in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.

Defective or Damaged Items:

If your product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos of the damage for faster processing, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
